Seems ironic to see you talking about "bp" readings.

I'm thinking about buying a bp cuff and monitoring it myself. He does a lot of lifting with a trainer, I should mention it to him. I forgot all about that, your remark about cardio made me think of it. The trainer is real good, an ex-football geek. He knows how to deal with specific problems and issues.

Seems odd, what with all the workouts that he does, that this should come up. He sprained his ankle while on a wrestling trip to Belarus and these past couple of weeks he hasn't been wrestling. Considering that he was wrestling almost every day since May the layoff may have messed up his cardio-vascular system a tad.

I dunno, seems I'm grasping at straws now. I hope it just goes away as well, thanks.
