I'll take a look this weekend at how things shape up for me concerning Vegas .... Real estate prices, especially in the northern Dallas areas, has moderated somewhat in the past year, as the job market has softened more than a little. My remod project is in an area Fox-Jacobs threw up some twenty five years ago ---- went from a baldassed meadow to a town of 20k in 3-4 years..... 1250 ft sq houses selling now for hunnert grand .... insane, as far as I'm concerned, but that is what makes the world go around. Going over there with such repeated visits has convinced me the sedate rural life is for me .... hey, I can walk to early morning Mass, get a cup of coffee, even listen to the owls at night ...... With you speaking of golfer ball clubs ... there is a new course/club/subdivision under construction on my way to Dallas ... in Bonham, Tx .... surrounding lots going for 60k and the course will be more than ten percent water .... coming right along, so you could buy in now, and I could try it out and make sure you made a good deal ..... go to leave .... candle going for Killer *(might have to find the O'Slevin electric model I used for you)
