Banc of America Securities says Oracle is gaining steam in report 9/12/02 Analyst Bob Austrian repeats a "buy" recommendation on the software giant, and says its quarterly results due Tuesday should be encouraging. Austrian's research suggests Oracle will meet estimates and offer a modestly upbeat forecast.
