Sorry I didn't explain, Jay. This is really nothing we don't already know. This selling was a few months ago, in the mid-high teens. President David Powell sold a sizeable stake, twice. It seems that he sold at the bottom. It doesn't seem like there's anything to worry about, since Q2 earnings were good. Todd
