A couple of points Sam...........

1. Nike approached OO about a year ago and OO turned them down.
2. Yes, it is pretty well known that Jannard and Knight are buddies.
3. Even if OO wins patent suit....
a. Nike's sunglass business is so small compared to the rest of
the company, it would make no sense to spend $700-$900
million dollars to buy OO out.
b. The penalty is negligable. Arnett (owned by Baush & Lomb)
only had to pay $750,000 on design infringement. That is a
drop in the bucket for B & A.
4. As Jeff stated, it is not, does someone want to buy OO, it is does
OO want to be bought. Obviously, the answer is no. Jannard
owns over 50% of the stock and it is his baby, so he makes the
final call.

By the way, I bought more OO today...............well actually, some Eye Jackets. They look so cool, I can't wait to wear them by the pool in Vegas next weekend.
