No i did not mean that remark about poor and middle class in a cruel sense. Consumer spending is important. My point was and Wouldn't you agree that the most important tax incentive now would be one that gets capex going? Second would be cuts for those who will spend it immediately. How about tax rebate for christmas for folks below a certain threshhold of income. Mike
