<GST, why are you so concerned about these mythical "allies" of ours? Even if they existed, they wouldn't help us at all. Our "potential allies" cannot and will not offer any real help. Anything they do would be symbolic. What good is that? You need to recognize this hard fact.> I do not discard the rest of the world as irrelevant -- although I agree your view is held by many Americans.
