first they get 90 days from the letter they got around the first of the month. then they can go to the small cap listing and have 270 days grace before they are delisted. most of the time limits were increased around the first of the year.

BLLS is known for conservative forecasts. they contend they will be profitable the first qtr 03. it is hard to see the naz delisting a company with no debt that is operating at a profit, even if the share price would not rise above a buck.
