enterprise software (orcl et al) is recovering, slowly... is that no use to sun? Or does all of their equipment go to telecom, therefore the only thing of relevance is internet and bandwidth growth rates?

I thought once I saw some IT spending somewhere it would mean the thaw was starting, hmmm
