scratch, we are talking about "...charges associated with a significant customer financing default this month..." 1) I doubt very much they use financing with Verizon, or other Baby Bells for that matter... 2) If I'm not mistaken, Lucent either has or plans to support GSM/WCDMA in some of its equipment.
