Gary, calling this a "rumor" is ridiculous. Rumor: "Unverified information of uncertain origin usually spread by word of mouth." Speculation: "Reasoning based on inconclusive evidence; conjecture or supposition." FACT: Mr. Esping is bound by agreement to stay with MatriDigm through Sept 30th. FACT: On Oct 1st, if MatriDigm fails to meet certain performance criteria, Mr. Esping may (by agreement) resign. Speculation: If MatriDigm receives no orders by Oct 1st, Mr. Esping will resign.
