Neocon,

I viewed the posted link yesterday as a joke on us, not on the Special Olympics or the individual pictured. On reflection, the picture in the linked profile could be interpreted as a joke in both directions, and in that context it is clearly not funny. I was wrong to laugh at it, publicly or otherwise. The Special Olympics are indeed a fine cause and should not be laughed at or about. My sincere apologies to anyone who was offended.
