1) STC and T-Mobile. Sure, they are not LUcy's customers. I never said they are.
2) Telefonica/Sonera. "...and a couple of months after that Telefonica/Sonera abandoned the whole project..." - I guess it was a good thing for Lucent that Ericsson and Nortel stole that deal! <g>
3) KPN - we don't know yet.

What I'm saying is, that if Verizon, or other of the vitally important for Lucent customers, decides to go WCDMA/UMTS, LUcy has or will have stuff to support it. At this point Lucent probably does not care about getting new customers (although it would be nice <g><ng>), but cares much more about keeping existing ones, and does everything it has in its power to serve their needs and get into as many RFPs as possible with them.
