Hi Delbert,

Thanks for that wonderful chart on the California power speculation spike. It speaks volumes about the willful deceit of Oil Slick Dick last year regarding the looming "energy crisis". Come to think of it, it was just another Cheney lie designed to terrorize the populace for political and pocketbook effect. What a swindler this Cheney is turning out to be.
