You have probably never seen someone give a long speech in a large venue. I have. I have worked on the text and supported the process that feeds the information into the monitor (including pauses and emphasis). This technology is used in TV production and in cases where an individual must present a long narrative. In many cases, the speaker is also supported by earphone to a support person.

Win has kindly provided the link to the apparatus.

I always watch to see where the monitors are. When I watched the GW speech at the UN I saw the monitor in one of the longer shots. There was one on each side and as Win pointed out there may have been a monitor over the camera.

Since you are unaware of this technology and I am not about to look for proof, keep your illusions.

But if he is able to give this level of performance, syntax, logic and organization why doesn't he speak like this all the time?

PS I have strong opinions but I am extremely particular about honesty, references and research. When one accuses me of dishonesty I always wonder about the standards of the accuser. Interesting that you did not ask if I may have been mistaken or ask why I was so sure.
