"Chertoff was perfectly able to persecute Bill and Hilary Clinton for five years on the Whitewater real estate deal. The political nature of Chertoff's disinclination to prosecute obvious criminals like the Enron management, combined with his suppression of "discovery" by the survivors of 9/11 victims in Superior Court in New York leave only one conclusion possible. There is a criminal conspiracy running this country that is trying desperately to cover its tracks."

The Dept of Justice doesn't want to do anything about Enron because Enron was Bush's biggest campaign
contributor and Enron gave so much campaign money to John Ashcroft, our Attorney General, that
Ashcroft had to remove himself from the case.

I do not know why Congress will not remove Harvey Pitt because of his connections to Bush and the
accounting industry.
