Are the Argentinians still trying to retake the Falklands by force?

Is there still an issue there that places British soldiers and citizens in peril of their lives?

There is absolutely no sense in releasing the prisoners in Cuba only to allow them to resume fighting, covertly or overtly, for a cause that is still at issue across international or "official" borders. They aren't there for parking violations, or littering.
