well, I wouldn't swear to everything debka predicts but I rather believe this one. I'm not sure how you would weaponize smallpox. As far as I know it's not an airborne disease, and by the time sometime becomes contagious they are also quite sick. I think the CDC is planning to use a containment strategy to deal with it if it breaks out in this country -- innoculate everyone in a ring around the outbreak.
