Michael,

Michael, I don't think Rhodes has sold any of his shares. Of course, anyone who follows this thread knows that I do not hold a high opinion of him. He has done everything he can to prevent a shareholders meeting from happening. According to Hank (and I have heard rumors elsewhere verifying this) Babish has done everything he could to make the shareholder meeting happen. I am speculating here, but I think the only reason we are having this meeting is that Babish, or some other stockholders, went to court and got a court order forcing the meeting.

I do know that Rhodes did not post news stories announcing the resignation of Dr. Ip or Colin Campbell, and they only posted one regarding Art Koch's resignation after we had seen an annoucement that he had been hired by another company. Rhodes has done everything he can to keep us in the dark, so I do not trust him or anyone he wants to serve on the Board of Trustees. I can not tell you what Babish is thinking, but look at the actions of Babish and Rhodes and ask yourself this: Which man is acting like he has something to hide? Rhodes who doesn't want a meeting where he can be held accountable by the shareholders, or Babish who has been doing everything he can to arrange such a meeting.
