I still think that Iraq is the wrong target. I am completely unimpressed with the UN where Iraq is concerned. How many years have they had to do these weapons inspections? Iraq flipped them the bird and the UN did nothing about it. Iraq knows that there is no negative impact to not allowing the UN weapons inspections, so why should they cooperate? The UN has no business overseeing these activities. They are either inept or not inclined to deal with Iraq.
