Ah, guys, the English language allows all kinds of constructions, some clear, and some not. Which leads to confusion, which explains why international treaties are written in French.

But back to the business at hand. Since you asked the question several times, you must be really interested in the answer. Which is:

Steve Lee said:

He means they BOUGHT the shares below current market prices (through the exercise of options granted long ago). Therefore their sell at current prices is profitable even though we hapless shareholders are drowning under 90% losses.
