Ray,, Do you think that Bush believes what he is saying? Although I find it extremely difficult to watch or listen to him and avoid it where possible (near impossible) I have a feeling that whoever is advising him has convinced him of what he spews. I don't think that he is the brightest bulb in the box and probably easily convinced. JMHO.
