Jim, any idea why they are carrying a years worth of inventory? This seems very high. I've read their report about avoiding supplier disruption - I dont buy the arguement. With such high inventory levels they face inventory obsolesence and associated writedown. $2 of their $3 book value is inventory. Their inventory strategy is 7 years old; they need a more flexible, shorter cycle time approach to this. Aside from that I will also be watching their new products. Gary
