Kastel... it is, my first thoughts after that headline were that the Saudis put a price cap on a barrel of oil-- right now I'm reading stories on the actual cost of war -- which doesn't seem to include the high price of crude since last year. fwiw, the way drilling has come apart here in the Western Canada and the added tension of Kyoto-- looks to me like the U.S. has become even more dependant on the ME.
