tony, there was an article in a bodybuilding magazine a few years back with the title, "Exercise, eat well, clear stress from your life and die, anyway." <g> Nobody likes to admit it, since we all like to think we're in charge, but genetics pay a huge role in lifespan. Churchill was overweight, drank too much and smoked like a chimney. I hear stories that he had a wee bit of stress in his life. And he lived well into his 90s. Ted Knight was a health nut and died in his 60s. And that's just natural deaths. We all know that a macrobiotic diet isn't much defense against an 18 wheeler changing lanes at 75 miles per hour.
