Pakistan has invaded India several times - 1947, 1965, and 1971. Musharraf was involved in the attack on India in Kargil in June 1999. See sas.upenn.edu

And don't forget the Pakistani army of Islamic militants that took over Afghanistan and are still terrorizing India (primarily Jammu and Kashmir).
