Stu,
Haven't dug into the prospectus, so do not know what distribution to expect once the dust settles. Attracted to it since 1. Conversions release value, 2. KCH trades at a discount to AE 3. Bigger trust will attract a higher multiple. 4 AE is trading lower than prior to the announcement. 5. I think the exploration co is worth more than 64 cents based on everything I've seen, will be a decent company with output and well financed. (I value it in the 1.05-1.20 range)
