I was trying to find info on Sarkis Soghalanian before the edit window closed. He was a big arms dealer who sold a lot of arms to Saddam, and was convicted for it in 1991.

Naturally he (like all the rest who were prosecuted) alleged that he was really working for the CIA, and naturally the CIA denied it, and you can believe who you want to believe.
