Saw MDII on ZBT...nice to have all that info consolidated. Thanks... Sounds like a great co. but right now, i hesitate to buy an issue with a low daily ave. volume. (i.e., "i've fallen....an' i can't get OUT!") If the market climate was kinder to small growth companies, and pe's over 18, i'd go for it monday am. good luck to ya! Lorrie
