Hi ; Re: The White House reacted skeptically: "We've made it clear that we are not in the business of negotiating with [Iraqi President] Saddam Hussein," White House communications director Dan Bartlett told Reuters. "We are working with the U.N. Security Council to determine the most effective wat to reach our goal."

I wonder how long the White House will take before they reassess their "goal" from being "regime change" to being "inspections", and begin bragging over their success. I also wonder how many nations knew that Iraq would make this move ahead of time.

In any case, I think this is great news and calls for major celebrations.
