Blue-eyed question: there's Nov 5th coming after all (checked calender, yes, it's not been called off;) ... I guess there's enough cool heads around still (now and by Nov 5th as well, whatever hoopla may come up by then) to make their own nano-decision, leading to a political macro-fact. What are the macro-alternatives? I guess swinging the Congress would be already something... dj
