That'll take years.

If I recall correctly, Cippilone was one of the first suits against big tobacky. That case was tried in or about 1984 or 1985 in Newark, NJ. It took many years before any similar suits were successful, and that happened only after massive fraud on the part of the tobacky industry and attempts to make cigarettes more addictive was found out.
