"Why are you grasping at straws like Ritter when you have a whole ocean of history of Saddam's criminal record? Why are you trying to defend Hussain's record? Do you want him to stay in power no matter what?"

I want to be proud of us because we set the standards for the rule of law in the world. Others look to us for a clue on how they should want to bw.
I don't care about Saddam. I care about how we are executing our Foreign Policy and that it is in adherence to the principals we all get mushy about. We are a big country in all respects and we have the time to do things right. I am tired of corruption in the CHurch, Corporations and Government. Organizations of all sorts are revealing themselves for what they are: not much!
The power now vested in our country gives us a unique opportunity to do things the right way. Not Democrat, not Republican but American.

If we sacrifice one life because we don't have time to be bothered by getting and understanding the rules we will be doomed. Now is the time to set the standards for
Brand America.

(By the way I voted for Reagan and Bush 1)
