1. If ROTC stays below 19 for 5 days trading, isn't the deal off?
2. If we buy more shares of ROTC at 18 or 19, and the acquisition happens, and we sell the next week, don't we get 22.60 per share of ROTC? Isn't that a good deal in itself? Is anyone planning on buying more ROTC now, and selling directly after the legalities are finalized?
