COME NOW, the above-identified counsel-of-record for plaintiffs, JOE E. COLVIN, ESQ. and MICHAEL MORRISON,ESQ., and / or their respective law offices, and hereby moves this Honorable Court-pursuant to local rule7-5-for an order allowing each to withdraw their representation of Plaintiffs MEDINAH MINERALS INC. and LES PRICE and to stay the herein proceedings until this motion is ruled upon and plaintiffs have had a reasonable period of time within which to secure new counsel.

This motion is made and based upon all records and pleadings on file herein, the "affidavit of Joe E. Colvin(which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference), together with every other exhibit attached hereto (each of which is incorporated herein by this reference), if any there be, as well as the points and authorities set forth herein below.
