There is alot of room for RealEstate scams, one famous one involves mortgage brokers ( king Pin) shitty properties and friends that have the paper work in their name over inflated price even arson for insurance money. There are different game plans for any type of salesman but to think they cann't evade a disclosure interest is unbelievable. Do think gold wiil keep rising. cheers!
