If I remember correctly, you were using the technique of "closing the door" in order to carry the day in whatever the Hell was being argued about. In my opinion, one ought to see it through to the end before engaging such housekeeping issues. Such "tricks" should not carry any weight in the middle of a disputation. What were you arguing about anyway?
