Less than most major metropolitan areas dude. Can't have a high quality of life & be consistently rated one of the most livable cities by multiple independent organizations year after year if you are overrun with ghettos & all the negatives that naturally flow from having an overabundance of them......... like crime, high unemployment, poor overall health, etc., etc., etc.
