Mitchell, You don't need me to reiterate the bear case on Vivus. TA and Brian P are doing it better than I could. Earnings were quite impressive, but as I predicted, the stock price mostly had accounted for all the good news in advance. Can the management deliver the controlled growth they need, or will they all be out shopping for Big Berthas (golf clubs) with their soon-to-be-announced insider sales proceeds? This thread is still the most fun on SI. Two days unchanged at a high point and all the "long-term investors" start dumping. Dan'l
