I don't like Saddam and would probably not raise an eyebrow if any force became active in deposing him. On the other hand if you ask for my support in the process, I would have to decline on principle.

"Two, we can argue our right to attack him because we believe he harbors and supports anti-American terrorists."

I actually think this is a good argument. Bring forth concrete evidence and make sure you target the specific enemy this time instead of innocent villagers to the north and south of Bagdad.
