4: I think that's too low--also, I think T can go with GTE since
GTE is a different kind of company than the RBOC's and was never
a part of the consent decree. If T goes for GTE--you can be sure
Allen's thinking about it in his desperation--T will give GTE the
high card. The company will become AT&T with GTE as a subsidiary
but the shots will be called by GTE's management.

Just IMO but I think it's a fairly likely scenario.
