Lucent is woefully behind of shaving costs Which of the companies that mainly sell to carriers like Lucent is ahead? You seem to know. Please share. From where I can see, Lucent, Nortel, Alcatel even Siemens are all in the same boat. Go take a look at today's Alcatel warning.
