re: You'd think he'd send out a bulletin as the Q's bobbled around the low 50's. If you have followed Bob at all, you know he would never recommend selling anything into weakness. Like his call of January, 2000, he always sells on strength. So...I have to question your statement "You'd think..." Only if you aren't familiar with Bob, would "you think" that.
