If you have followed Bob at all, you know he would never recommend selling anything into weakness. Like his call of January, 2000, he always sells on strength. So...I have to question your statement "You'd think..." Only if you aren't familiar with Bob, would "you think" that.

Apparently you were AWOL when BB called a sell on his first counter trend QQQ buy when, indeed, he made a huge amateurish mistake and was shaken out of a profitable position when he sold on weakness.

It's possible that this huge blunder caused him to "batton down the hatches" on his subsequent QQQ blunder when selling into weakness would have been the prudent thing to do.
