Russell has an alarming prediction about what will happen to trading volume: "How low will volume go before this bear market has ended? As a guess, I'd say that we'll see volume running as low as 100 to 200 million shares a day at or near the final bottom of this bear market."

The reason this prediction is nonsense is that LU alone traded that much volume today and as the bear market continues, there will be many more stocks trading at LU's price. At that price, 2 or 3 day traders could trade 200 million shares in a day. Moreover, the nasdaq will relax delisting rules so that the LU's of the market can stay on the exchange (they'll have to unless most of current tech companies do 1:10 reverse splits).

best...
