Alvin, Spoke to the company the other day. There is no reason for the drop as far as they are concerned. Things are going very well and they hope to have an announcement of some sort out in a few weeks. I did not speak to Ken, as he was travelling on business, so the VP I spoke to did not want to be too specific. He was very up and says they will have a very good future. Ken would give more details on his return, but I may be away on vacation when he is back. The sellers could have been old management shareholders or others who are impatient. Tom
