"And Dennis Kozlowski, the former CEO of conglomerate Tyco International, used company money to by a $15,000 umbrella for a dog.
There was also a $1 million birthday party in Italy for Mrs. Kozlowski. These, and much more, are contained in a 100-page document that Tyco filed with Securities and Exchange Commission today. The big thing is $96 million in loans that were improperly forgiven for 51 Tyco employees.'"
