Faris: Do you know what kind of a deal is set up with the gov.
For instance,Percentages with HEC and Columbian Gov. are 20% off the top(royalty) remaining oil Is split, 50% HEC and 50%Ecopetrol(Columbian state oil co.) until production reaches 60 million barrels, after which HECs percentage gradually decreases until
150 million barrels is reached, at this point HEC gets 30% and Ecopetrol gets 70%.
