Wave... I can't say I've been burned real hard, but yes I've been burned and continue to be burned. I'm holding a stock in my non-RRSP account called Golden Goliath Resources, I would of sold this dog months ago if the thoughts of taxation weren't always on my mind. Rule No.#8 is friggin' dangerous. So to avoid that stupid and expensive rule, I will only conduct trades within my retirement account. My day-trades are a "pure" example of my mind trying to create a capital gain - free from all the external negative forces. :) (...yeah right) Regards, Frank P.
