Since that post I bought some IDTI and then sold the August 15 calls against it. I got called away at 15 and have been out of it since. Lucky. Now there is no rush to buy IDTI but it looks like it's in the range where it could bounce. I'd sell calls against the position if it runs up toward 15 again as I think that will be resistance. I don't see IDTI moving higher than 20 over the next six or nine months. Maybe that's a possibility if the techs see a strong January effect rally. For that to take place the outlook for a rebound occurring by the second half of 2003 will have to brighten considerably. otherwise, IDTI and some other semis look good for modest gains. From the absolute lows these stocks hit the gains will likely be large percentage moves - but picking them at absolute bottom will be difficult at best.
